Application

1. This product is a methylene acceptor used in resorcinol-formaldehyde-silica adhesion system instead of resorcinol. It enhances the adhesion between rubber and steel wire or synthetic fibers through the reaction with methylene donors.

2. This product generates thermosetting resin after reaction with methylene donors such as formaldehyde, paraformaldehyde, HMT, HMMM. These properties makes it an ideal material for the adhesion promoter between rubber and many kinds of steel wire or synthetic fibers.

3. This product is more eco-friendly and shows higher property retention after aging compared to resorcinol.
4. It is suggested that the level of this product should be 1.0-3.0 phr in rubber application. For the rate of this product/HMMM, 1:1.0—1:1.5 is recommended.

25KG, Kraft bag inner PE coated or PE bag.

Storage

This material can be stable for 24 months under the normal storage conditions. However, precautions must be taken to avoid exposure to sunlight and always, store this material in a sealed container under the dry and cool conditions.
