RT2201 is a CNSL modified thermoplastic phenol formaldehyde resin.

1,RT2202 is mainly used as fortifier of natural and various synthetic rubber. It is applicable to bead of semi-steel tire, shoe sole, seal for car window, rubber tube, rubber covers for floor and other areas.

2,This resin is suggested be be added in early stage of mixing, which helps soften and plastify sizing materials. Mixing result will be improved. Suggested usage is 5-10 parts by weight. Addition of resin is adjustable to meet requirements of sizing material performance.

3,HMTA or HMMM (8-10% addition by weight of RT2201) is suggested to be added in the late stage of mixing together with accelerant and sulphur.

[Package and Usage]

Packed in 25 or 40 bags with 3 layers of Kraft paper-plastic woven composite outside, lined with PE or PP plastic liner. Resin must be stored below 25ºC in a well ventilated, cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, or other heat sources. During storage and transportation, resin must be kept away from moisture to avoid agglomeration. Resin must be moved with care without sharp material, to prevent packaging damage. Avoid exposure to sun and rain during transportation. Typical shelf life is 12 months.
