Product Features:

With excellent initial stickness, RT1101 is tackifying accelerant for natural rubber and kinds of synthetic rubber, especially for :cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber (BR), Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), EPDM, butylrubber(IIR);

A tertiary carbon on the resin alkyl make the alkyl become a branched structure. Thus RT-1101 has a better compatibility with various synthetic rubber and oil and typically it is used in tire belt, tire sidewall and transfer belt ect;

l RT1101 can extend material scorch time, improve processability and handling security;

l Recommended 4-8 parts by weight (100 parts by weight of rubber).

Packaging:

It's packed by 25kgs or 40 kg craft paper bags with PE or PP inner bag.

Storage:

The product must be stored under 25℃ in dry and ventilated place. Avoid sunlight and keep away from heat. The shelf time is generally over 1 year.
