CHLOROPRENE RUBBER SN231
Introduction
Chloroprene rubber SN231 is a general purpose, it is obtained by mercaptan modified and Chloroprene monomer by emulsion polymerization with medium rate of crystallization.
It can be seen as an equivalent to Dupont WM-1 of the United States.
Characteristics
1. Good properties of physical mechanics and plastication
2. Superior in processability and can be mixed without mastication, the surface of sheet is flat and smooth and non-stick to the mill rolls;
3. Can be used in the form of a blend with many types of chloroprene rubber, has very lower compression set and excellent elasticity;
4. Has the same processability as Dupont WM-1 of the United States;
5. Good resistance to oil, chemical, sunlight and abrasion, good flame retardant;
6. Good storage stability
Appearance
White or grey chips, with talcum as a release agent, no mechanical impurities.

Application
SN231, which is mainly suitable for production goods of highly loading, is used in the form of a blend with the grades of adhesive to preparing adhesive cements.
Production things of extruded bars, a variety of hoses, tapes, rubber seals, as well as hard goods and wire and cable jackets, etc.
